By accessing Digispex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all
applicable laws and regulations.
2. Warranty & Support
All computer components and custom builds come with a standard 1-year limited
warranty against manufacturing defects.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier
availability within the Philippines.
4. Privacy Policy
Your data is securely stored and handled according to the Data Privacy Act. We will never share your personal
information with third parties without consent.

1. Payment Processing
By confirming your payment, you agree that Digispex will process your order upon
verification of your payment. For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected upon receipt of goods.
2. Order Confirmation
Your order is considered confirmed only after payment has been verified by our team.
You will receive a notification once your order is confirmed and being prepared.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Prices include VAT (12%).
Shipping is free for orders above PHP 28,500. A flat shipping fee applies to smaller orders.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
Once an order is confirmed and processing, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds for verified payments will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the Philippines. Digispex
is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for order fulfillment and will not be shared
with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
